Performance Bonus 2012

Just got my letter of performance bonus. Was not happy with the declaration and sad STILL, im the lowest in our branch. Why is that so?

Besides declaration of performance bonus, company decided to have salary adjustment in 2 ways which are in monthly basis AND in one time in leu, most of the staff are entitled for both but unfortunately, i only got special salary adjustment . HR told me it is because of my salary already PAR within the industry, hence not entitled for salary adjustment in one time in leu which mostly get 0.78 month in average. why m i still receiving special salary adjustment if my salary so HIGH? i really don't understand why?

Whatever it is, i did not argue further. BE IT. Though not really happy with the bonus but m happy with the increment.
